heloharish Posted July 7, 2019 Report Share Posted July 7, 2019 I have my I-140 approved last year.I have been in US for 6 years.Last year my petition got rejected and I travelled back to India.Company which got my I-140 approved got position with direct client this April and I attended 3 rounds of interview from India and cleared it.Finally they applied petition in premium and got it approved till 2021 by June end.I have booked stamping in chennai for Aug.I have got following docs for interview. Approved petition,I-129,Education evaluation,Client letter,Offer letter for this position,Visa itenary docs explaining relation with employee(me),I-140 approvals,LCA,All company docs like tax returns,License for running company,organization chart,Company OC certificates. Can you please share whether these look good or anything else I need to carry??.Any experience on stamping too?? Quote Link to comment
