Nzfh Posted July 6, 2019 Report Share Posted July 6, 2019 Hello, My husband has filed I-140 under NIW category last year. Both of us also submitted I-485. I did not apply for AP and traveled out of US, which means my I-485 is abandoned. His I-140 is still pending. In this situation, is there any way to amend his I-140 to include me as a dependent and hence making a way for me to go back to US? Thanks in advance. Nazifah Quote Link to comment
