Jag82 Posted July 5, 2019 Report Share Posted July 5, 2019 Initial stamping done on Nov 2013 (Employer A) Traveled to US on December 2014 H1B transfer and extension Aug 2016 (Employer B) No issues with extension till June 2018 Extension filed in normal processing June 2018 My end client project on contract was cancelled on Feb 12 Traveled to India for an emergency on Feb 15 USCIS did site visit on Feb 21 No progress on my case Convert the petition to premium processing on May 3 RFE issued June 12 2019 Submitted RFE on June 21 While the RFE was in review stage employer withdrawal my i797 on June 21 I am in India right now and what are the options i have right now? Since my employer has withdrawn my petition the cap period from June 2018 till February 2019 will be counted on my H1B 6 Years? What do I need to do for filing a H1B transfer plus extension?
