Hence my h1 extn petition with the previous employer got withdrawn after I quit. During the same time , i applied for my spouse h4 ead petition too. my spouse s H4 ead case got denied as they see the h1 petition withdrawn by my previous employer. I have my petition valid till 2021 with my current employer. I wanted to apply for a motion to reconsider for her h4 ead case. Please let me know if anyone faced this issue before. Should I apply a new h4 ead case or should I respond to the existing case. Quote Link to comment
