H1B Transfer

I Worked for Company A  on H1B(h1b,I-94 valid till 2020)

H1B transfer initiated by Company B and working  for client X.

But due to budget reasons,my project got over with client X.Mean while i got RFE for transfer.

We got some suggestions as below.

1. Find new job with client Y and initiate fresh H1B application(as my Company A visa still valid) .

2. Once 1 step is done,Revoke previous RFE petition.

Questions:

1. Can we revoke the petition that are in RFE.

2.if yes,does it impact to new petition.

3.Is the above process is valid and illegal?

4.What are my possible chances now to proceed further.

You have to apply H1b transfer or new amendment before you withdraw current RFE.
