After J1 waiver, In order to transfer H1b to new employer,

  1. How much time does it take, is the premium processing available for it?
  2. Success rate for approval in recent times since current administration?
  3. How does it impact original H1b?
  4. How does it impact  I-140 priority date, can one retain original date?
  5. Does H4 application go along with new H1b application and is there time delays in H4 processing?

Hello,

My Spouse is on H4 EAD and is planning to be on the same status during residency. Unfortunately, EAD expires during the midway of her residency training. Now, with the proposed rule of H4-EAD to be removed. In that situation, can she transfer the visa status from H4 to J1 visa?

Do you anticipate any issues in that? What is the average timeline for the change of status in situations?
