Have approved I140 for more than 6 months and need advice on switching jobs and H4 EAD validity

Hi,

I have an approved I140 with company A and its been more than 6 months. My wife got H4 EAD and has validity till Dec 2020. I got a new offer and want to change employer. If I change employer, will it affect my wife's H4 EAD? Do we have to reapply for her H4 EAD again now or can she work on it until Dec 2020 and apply for renewal then?
