Charulatha Posted July 2, 2019 Report Share Posted July 2, 2019 Hi, PERM EB3 was filed on DEC 2018 and my H1b got denied and returned back to India in Jan 2019. PERM got approved on APR 10. And we applied for H1b cap exempt in premium and got it approved in May Month but unfortunately the stamping date are Sep 23 and I can land into US only during Oct first week but the perm will expire on Oct 06. Can you please suggest the options for I140 filing. I am thinking to apply I140 from India as premium processing. Kindly let me know of any risks like ability to pay etc. Quote Link to comment
