Jura
Hello. I am on a H1 B work Visa and am applying for the 4th extension. I have a valid current I 140 and my I 485 will be filed soon. Can I apply for the H1 B extension on my own, with the permission of my employer, without asking the company lawyer? I will be applying for EAD and AP, but I feel a H1 is safer. Thanks Quote Link to comment
JoeF
The employer has to file any H1 extension. You have to stay out of that. Quote Link to comment
