F1 Grad Posted June 27, 2019 Report Share Posted June 27, 2019 My intial post completion OPT is denied - Details below i did 4 sem on H4 and last sem did COS h4 to F1 by travel. Applied for OPT, and after 102 days got denial Reason - As per SEVIS dates and I-20 dates, I didnt satisfy 'one academic year'. My DSO says we can provide recommendation and attach transcripts to prove u were lawfully enrolled and refile OPT application, since i have some time left in my 60 day grace period.
