fera
Hi, I am an executive working here on an L1 visa. I also applied in April for H1B under the Master Cap and got approved, however I do not have the stamp yet (that happens in October). I am engaged to be married to a US citizen and we are ready to get married any time foregoing any party preparation if needed for immigration purposes. My employer is likely going out of business before October. What are my options to lawfully work for another employer in the case I find another employment before my company goes out of business and in case that happens before I manage to find another job? Thanks in advance Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
Once married, you can apply for AOS and the EAD. Obviously, you can work on the basis of the EAD and later on the GC. Keep a lawyer in the loop. Quote Link to comment
