H1B petition approved but expired

Hi Team,

 

I have situation, please share your response.

My H1B was filed in April 2018 and got an RFE in December 2018 and we replied and got a approval in June 2019. Unfortunately, my SOW was only between 01-Jan-2018 to 31-Dec-2018. So petition was approved for the period 01-Oct-2018 to 31-Dec-2018.

--> Now petition is in expired status, what are the options for me now, please suggest?

--> Can USCIS revoke a expired petition?

--> Can I now change project/client name with-in my company?

--> Can I transfer my employer, when petition is expired?

Please discuss this with your employer/attorney. I am not an expert and I feel your petition is gone so no H1B new for you. I guess you need to go into lottery. I might be wrong.
