chethanjs
My fiancee in India got picked in 2016 H1b lottery. She had a H1B stamping for 2016 to 2017 but she never travelled to US. Later her company in early 2018 applied for HNSC H1B, for unknown reason, and it got denied. Question 1: Can she move to the US on H4 visa and later change to the H1B once she finds a job? Question 2: Does she have to go through H1B lottery again? Thank you. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
That H1 is gone. A new employer would have to file in the quota. Quote Link to comment
