What are my options after an Amendment rejection?

Hello,

My amendment petition was recently denied without mentioning the proper reason. They just mentioned that It is ordered by the Director of the California Service Center, USCIS, that the extension of stay requested in behalf of the beneficiary be denied because the nonimmigrant visa petition filed in behalf of the beneficiary has been denied.

The beneficiary my  remain in the current nonimmigrant status until the expiration date indicated on Form I-94. Should the beneficiary fail to maintain nonimmigrant status, or said status expires, the beneficiary must depart the United States.

1. Can I expect another letter explaining the proper reason for denial?

I doubt there will be another denial notice..  What is employer's lawyer saying ?

It's already denied, I just wanted to check if it is a case to get second letter explaining the reason for denial.

Normally lawyers will get detailed explanation. What  they are saying.

thats what I am saying. Usually there will be only one notice. They don't send 2 notice statment in separate mailings. Usually its 2 page document

Hi did you get any update ? WAs your previous h1-b also revoked ?

They asked me to wait but it's been 3 weeks nothing received.
