One employer - multiple H1s for one job

Hello,

I'm working on H1 with employer A(client X).

Got a new job with employer B(client Y).  Now B applied for H1 transfer in premium, it went into RFE.  Now while we work on the RFE, can B also apply one more I-129 with concurrent employment option in normal mode, so that I can quickly start working on the new job also as  soon as the receipt is done.

In the interim, if the H1 transfer approval comes, can I still do the two jobs as technically concurrent petition would still be in progress?

The first project will last for next 3 to 6 months.  The second one is a long term project.

I'm thinking I will be in status as long as my concurrent H1-B is in process even if the transfer approval comes.

And also can B do that two H1s for single job?
