However I never travelled to US and now they dont have any requirements,want to revoke my h1b. 1) Can new company B file my H1b with cap exempt? JoeF Posted June 11, 2019 Report Share Posted June 11, 2019 Unless you start working for the original H1 employer the H1 can not be transferred. That basically means that the H1 is gone. Find a better employer for next year's quota. Quote Link to comment
