I have a visa stamping until 2020 from my old employer .Can i come back using that valid visa and show my new approved i797 with the current employer at port of entry is this possible? reddy2020 Posted June 8, 2019 Report Share Posted June 8, 2019 I am also in the same issue - Company A - H1B valid will Oct 2020 - Joined Company B Mar 2019 , RFE on Arp 2019 - Denied few days back - waiting for mail.
