VM17
Hello experts, I am currently on an H1-B with my company and my renewal is coming up (visa expires in Nov 2019). My company had also filed paperwork for the greencard, wherein my I-140 is approved and my priority date is in Nov 2012 under EB-2. I am relocating to work in a different office location (same role/same state), just different office address and new residential address due to this. Will there be any adverse impact on any of my renewal or I-140? What do I need to do and ensure the company's law firm does to ensure all goes smoothly? Thanks for your guidance. gopalakrishnach
You need to do H1B amendment since working location is changing. I am not sure about I140. Quote Link to comment
