I140 from current company

Recommended Posts

I have a I140 from my previous company. My current company is filing for labor and there after will file for my I140. I have the following questions

1. Can a I140 be denied and on what grounds

2. If the I140 with my current company is approved  OR denied does it invalidate my previous approved I140.

3.Can I use my previous I140 for transfer/extension even if I have a approved I140 with the current company.

Any replies would be highly appreciated.

1. The usual grounds like not qualifying for the benefit asked for or fraud by the employer.

2. Not really.

3. Yes, if that I-140 was approved for more than 180 days or not revoked.
