The earliest appointment date available is 1 August 2019His valid visa got expired in December 2017 and his current h1b visa is valid till October 21,2019 which has to be stamped.So do you think its a risk for him to travel to India and get his visa stamped.I would really appreciate your help Quote Link to comment
