memphisuser
I94 was valid upto May 2018 based on the visa stamp date And my extension was done in india before my travel to US in Jan 2018, and got the i797B. It was informed that the date on i94 will be updated later or I need to go for visa stamping when i go to India, which was not correct. Please let me know what options do i have to get the i94 updated. - would this can be handled by an attorney while staying in US. - would it have impact if i go back to india, and go for stamping based on the the H1 petition which is valid till 2020 - which one of these have lesser risk, consider my stay for only 1.6 years in US on H1B. thanks Quote Link to comment
