anu1218
In 2014 I had called the cops over a heated argument and physical abuse. I did not press charges but his fingerprint was taken. We had earlier traveled to India in 2016 and had dropbox option. He was asked to appear for interview and was given 221g asking to submit the court and police documents. We didnt have it with us immediately and so had sent it via email later and received our visa after 2 months. We have to travel again this august'19. Is there anything that can be done in advance to avoid the 221g? We both will be available for the interview in person at the same time. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
As far as I know beside carrying all the documents, attending in-person interview confidently I guess there is nothing you can do. There is no option of submitting all documents ahead of interview... Quote Link to comment
