Rony Joseph
What does 'Case received' status mean in the USCIS case status website? In relation to a filed, I-130 Form, does it mean that the form is under processing or USCIS is yet to start their review? This is related to a I-130 that has been in this status for more than a year.Is this normal? care_candidate
It's normal. "case received" mean it has yet to be evaluated. As they have accepted it, it is likely that application is complete. Quote Link to comment
