H1B Change in project with same employer

Hi,

I got approved H1B petition while working with XYZ employer and ABC client. Now i am changing my project from project1 to project2. I will be employed under XYZ employer only but my client will change from ABC to DEF. Will it impact anyway on my current approved petition. Please let me know in details.

Is the working location also changing. From your post it looks client is changing so better do new LCA and do H1B amendment...
