• I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance
  [I GOT A H-1B VISA AMENDMENT WITH EXTENSION DENIED IN USA AROUND SEPTEMBER 2018, AFTER I GOT STAMPED IN INDIA IN 2017 DECEMBER, CAME TO USA IN JANUARY 2018]

There are alot of chances that you will be called for in-person interview. This is regular and common scene now.
