no Name
My H1B Was picked in lottery last year and i got to know about this in September 2018. In february 2019 i got an RFE which was responded to, but unfortunately it got denied. Reason > "According to USCIS, position does not need any employee with a degree in a particular specialization and it can be managed by any non-graduate with few level of training in the particular subject at USA" this was the reason for denial (I believe this is the reason since my employer doesn't want to share the actual denial letter) 1- What are my next option can i re apply again with updated document, this time around may be an letter from client and with different position? 2- My employer is saying that they will try again next year, when they try next year do i have to go through the same process of going through lottery system? JoeF
You would have to go through the lottery again, since the H1 was denied. Quote Link to comment
