novice_qestion Posted May 17, 2019 Report Share Posted May 17, 2019 I am in US on H1 working for a company in state A where I met my wife(a us citizen). I married her last year. My wife got a job in state B. We filled for I485 and put my wife's address in state B. We have been waiting for few months for my EAD, but my H1 needs to be renewed. Which address should I use. We initially chose state B address of my wife's because once I receive my EAD or GC I will be able to transfer to state B. Quote Link to comment
