Wondering whether I should opt for premium processing now.? Will there be any additional RFEs if I opt for premium proccessing now? Subbuparam Posted May 17, 2019 Report Share Posted May 17, 2019 that depends on whether you are working for a services company or as a Full time employee at a reputable company. If it's the latter, you can file premium no probs. If you are a consultant and are working for a services firm, chances are that you will get an RFE whether you apply premium or not.
