Gap between current I94 expiration date and new approval start date for H4 extension

Hi,

My current H1B approval is going to be end on 15th June,2019. The same is applied for my spouse for H4 which is going to be end on 15th June,2019.

I have received my approval notice for my H1b extension which is starting from 16th June.

But for my spouse, the   new approval starting date is 19th June.

So for 3 days gap for the current approval date and future approval date.

What do i need to do in this kind of situation?

Is it illegal to stay in US for those 3 days and do i need to go out of the country and get the visa stamped and get back?

No issues as long as the H-4 is approved.
