I have following queries in case if my transfer got denied. -> Can I apply for COS from H1 to H4 while spouse H1 extension is in progress? -> Can I apply for transfer again with employer C, even if H1B withdrawn by employer A while I am on H4 status. JoeF Posted May 16, 2019 Report Share Posted May 16, 2019 (edited) You need to have pay stubs to prove that you are in status. If employer A didn't pay you file a complaint with DOL on form WH4.
