My spouse has her Green Card process under EB3 category, I-140 approved with a priority date of January 2018. We work for different companies and we have different educational backgrounds. But we both are from same country (India). If EB3 moves beyond November 2010 in the coming months, can we do interfiling? Basically with my EB2 PD of July 2010 but under my spouse's Final Action date of EB3? I hope I am clear with my question. I would appreciate any help/insight into this. Thank You.
