After a long wait and service center change i received a RFE on Jan 2019 and H1b was upgraded to premium procession while RFE reply and submitted On Apr 30th 2019. The H1b case was approved on May 5th 2019 but H4 case is still in pending. So how long will it take for H4 to be approved after H1b approval? Also is it possible to upgrade her H4 to premium processing at this point of time. Thanks in advance for your reply. Quote Link to comment
