second round of interview in ottawa has any one experienced this situation before ? Please help urgent

Hello, attended visa interview in ottawa  and initially VO after said that visa is approved after asking few simple questions. like employer and masters degree transcripts. 

and then i am leaving the consulate security called us back and said the VO is asking to come back to the counter again so then gave white slip for a second round of interview.

i have a second round of interview scheduled and my question is they are asking for client supervisor details.

so should i give the details in the client letter ( letter is given by my director) or should i give my direct manager details ?

did any one face the same situation please respond...

maybe its better to give your manager or team lead to whom you report...
