H1B approved petition revoked while H1B transfer is in process

Hello All,

I worked for company A on approved H1B. And my i94 is valid until 2020.  I joined company B on receipt notice. Company A revoked my petition while H1B is still in transfer to company B. Got an offer from company C.  Will the new transfer to company C be based on receipt notice of B? What are the risks involved with this type of transfer and what's the rate of approval. 

Thanks in advance! Any input is greatly appreciated.
