Eb3lostboy Posted May 13, 2019 Report Share Posted May 13, 2019 Hello I had my interview in feb 2019 for i485 eb3 it was a cross chargebilty case, however during interview Officer told me that she will send us RFE in 10 business day.we haven't got anything yet.last month I called USCIS L2 officer told me he can see a update on my case as visa regress or visa retrogression after raising several SR now my case has been transfer back to NBC any idea why they have transfer my case to NBC as it was initially at NBC ? our priority date is current.May be second interview ?
