manogna Posted May 13, 2019 Report Share Posted May 13, 2019 Hi Everyone, I filed my transfer from company A to company B in June 2018 and started working for company B on the receipt notice since June. Received RFE in October and employer responded in December. Last week I upgraded to premium processing as I need to go to India and the packet was delivered to USCIS on Monday May 6th. Case status on USCIS website has not changed since then it still says response to RFE was received. Will my case status change to PP request received or will it change only after approval? xTDx Posted May 13, 2019 Report Share Posted May 13, 2019 (edited) Delays are expected as USCIS is working on FY2020 h1b applications. You must wait for official correspondence from USCIS.
