ssen9 Posted May 12, 2019 Report Share Posted May 12, 2019 Hi, My H1B extension status changed from "response to uscis request for evidence was received" to "Name was Updated" on May-8th -2019. RFE docs were received bu USCIS on Feb-13-2019. I checked with my employer/attorney and no name update was requested. What could this status mean ? Thanks in advance Quote Link to comment
