Pradeepm007 Posted May 11, 2019 Report Share Posted May 11, 2019 (edited) Hi my friend applied h1 and h4 ead through regular processing,later he applied premium for h1 but still his wife’s h4 and ead in regular...now he got his h1 approved but they are still waiting in h4 and ead...currently she is working with her EAD and validity is till June 30...can she work for 240 days with her receipt number or her employment will get revoked from June 30...can anyone please clarify on this?that would be a great help..thank you.. xTDx Posted May 13, 2019 Report Share Posted May 13, 2019 No, H4 ead renewal card must be in hand to continue working. She should seize working on last valid day listed on EAD and wait for the new renewed card to continue her work. Quote Link to comment
