Yuvaraj R Posted May 11, 2019 Report Share Posted May 11, 2019 I am in US in L2B visa which is valid till 16th Feb 2020 (Same as L1B visa validity period). My I94 is valid till 04th Aug 2021. My L2 EAD is valid until 6th Nov 2019 which was my husband's (L1B) previous i94 validity period. Recently, my husband has renewed his passport and got his updated i94 which is valid until 16th Feb 2020 now (Same as L1B visa validity period). So can I apply for my L2 EAD extension to get additional validity for 3 more months (until 16th Feb 2020) based on L1B's i94 extension before going for L1 extension. Please advise.
