My company had Perm Filled my case in 2016 and i my case got picked up for random audit and got rejected reason stating that i am not proficient in ms Office which def i am being completed my masters in Computers.filed for request for reconsideration and RCO denied the case and forwarded to board of Alien labour BALCA,the case has been under them from Jul of 2017. Currently i can keep getting one year extension as my perm is under review with BALCA and have already got extension twice,at present i have extension till August 2020,can i change my job under this circumstances and if possible ask my new employer to file for new Perm,or it is advisable to stay with my current company.
