I have to return to India at the end of 6yrs as my previous extension was revoked the extension was then processed from India . I received the L1a visa approved i797B copy. However, the approval is been provided for only for the pending 8 months from the 7 years for L1a. Valid till Dec 2019 this year. Two scenarios,1. I travel using this visa and can I extend for another 3 years after Dec 2019 ? Or should I come back and wait for 1 year cooling period and Process a new visa. 2. I don’t travel with this visa. I have already spend 5 months outside US as of now. Will I be able to apply for a fresh Visa by Dec 2019. Quote Link to comment
