H4 biometric fingerpringint incorrect ACS address issue

My H1 premium extension just got approved, however, my wife's H4 extension is pending, waiting for biometric ACS address is in Texas instead of California, we called and canceled biometric appointment in Texas after asking them to change address.

How do we take another appointment now?
How long does the change of address take and a new appointment take?
Can you apply for another H1 transfer, H4 again while this is happening?
Can you visit to India for stamping while Biometric appointment and H4 extension is pending?

Turns out, they default to attorney address, hope that helps someone else who will use the right address.

Also, calling USCIS 5 days before, they can FAX and if you plead, they can also email you a copy.
