krishnareddy.pv Posted May 8, 2019 Report Share Posted May 8, 2019 I received my GC In July 2014. I had go on trip to India in Dec 2014 and came back in Jul 2015. It is more than 6 months but less than 1 year stay. I got a warning at port of entry for staying more than 6 months. I read in the forums that it is a presumed break in continuous residency. Do I meet all the criteria for naturalization after 5 years from the date i came back to US? or Will it be a problem? If so, what do i need to do? Quote Link to comment
