Can stamping done in Qatar ?

Hi All,

I have few clarification & let me know I’m eligible to appear at Qatar consulate for visa stamping.
Applied from company A to B, Company B transferred was denied. I94 was valid 
Started with company C still waiting for the decision.
During this period applied new transfer with company D got approval with i797 B consular processing. Full time employment with product based company.
No gap between stay period
Pls let me know whether I’m eligible to appear consular processing at Qatar
Input will really helpful and thanks in advance.

 

Note - since appointment wait time in delayed in India.decided to go Qatar

any appointment in the middle-east will take a long time for the 221G to clear. I don't recommend it.

You can go, but just find out if they accept H-1 petitions. Some consulates do not accept.

Apart from Home Country if you are planning to go any other countries, make sure you are prepared for 221G for what ever reasons, $ for Hotel Stay, Remote Work Permit etc. Now a days 221 G is common and NO one knows how long it is going to be get reply from USCIS if stuck.
