Hi,

Can anyone give urgent suggestion.

My EB1 140 status changed to "Decision Notice Mailed" 

On May 1, 2019, we denied your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, We mailed you a decision notice that explains why we denied your case and your options.

My attorney not received the physical notice notice yet.

I want to know when our EAD is still valid for some time or it will be revoked automatically. As part of concurrent process, we got EAD and my wife is working on this EAD.

I want to make sure, her EAD is valid and able to work legally, if not she has to inform to her employer and leave the Job.

Kindly suggest ASAP.
