patience17 Posted May 3, 2019 Report Share Posted May 3, 2019 Hi all, My prospective employer submitted a petition for me for a new cap-exempt h1b (I have never been on h1b before) on premium processing. RFE was issued, which I personally did not expect because this is a legit application for an academic institution and the law firm certainly has experience on h1b. This law firm has been working on such applications for this employer for a significant amount of time. I wonder if I should get worried about this. Also, if anybody has gone through this, how long did it take for your lawyer to submit RFE information? Appreciate your answers. Quote Link to comment
