I had an I-140 approved in 2012, and had several H1b renewals with same employer since then. Now I had another job offer with employer XYZ and H1b approved - will be joining in 2 weeks. Question is if the ABC employer withdraw/revoke/remove whatever the terminology it is, does that effect my Priority date when GC filing through employer XYZ? I appreciate your responses.
