I submitted I-130 application 37 days ago and still no answer or receipt mailed to me from the USCIS. What should i do? Thank you

Hello Everyone,

I am a GC holder and submitted the I-130 application for my wife 37 days ago. I haven't received any response or receipt notice mailed to me from the USCIS till date. I also attached form  G-145 with the application to receive electric notifications via Email / Phone number, but haven't received any notifications on it as well.

Here is the timeline:

Mar 22, 2019 - Mailed Application to the USCIS

Mar 23, 2019 - Application received by the USCIS

Mar 27, 2019 - Check cashed by the USCIS

Doesn't anyone know how long do they take to mail back the receipt notice by mail or respond via email / phone for the receipt number.

Since I do not have the receipt number, I can't even check the case status online.  What should i do?

Usually, the receipt number is hand-written on the back of the check. They may omit the service center code and leading zeros.

Thanks for your response. The problem is although I submitted the check, it was cashed out as E-CHECK and there is no image uploaded for the check in my account, so I can't see the receipt number.
