H1b rfe and if denied extension

Hi

If my extension got denied ,my i94 petition and Visa expired  and with in 60 days  of legal stay , if another company provide me offer can I join and work in new company if new company petition got approved or I need to come to India for stamping with new company document.

Please kindly suggest.

If i94 has expired then you do not get 60 days of grace period and cannot change employers without leaving US. If you extension gets denied and you have no grace period because of i94 expiration, then you must leave US.
