shibusap Posted April 28, 2019 Report Share Posted April 28, 2019 (edited) Hello, Can I be an Online seller (without having the need to create an LLC) on Amazon while on F1 OPT EAD? Does it change if I am on H1B? Note: My Masters was in "Business Analytics" with 5 out of my 12 courses in Marketing. Can this be argued as related to my study in Masters, besides iam not setting up an LLC so it may not be called as business, however this activity has a source of revenue. Please advise?
